Delightful!

I love these truffles! The fruit center is thick and just slightly fruity with a bit of chocolate, too. The larger crystalized sugar sprinkles on top of the rich dark chocolate covering are a texture surprise as the truffles melt in your mouth. Rich. Decadent. Delightful!
