Bissinger's history spans back to 1668, France where the company was appointed Confiseur Imperial (Confectioner to the Empire) by King Louis XIV.  With over 350 years of legacy and dedication to crafting the finest chocolates in the world, we believe that sustainable manufacturing and sustainable cocoa is more important than ever.  The mission statement of our ownership is "Changing The World With Chocolate".  Bissinger's is excited to partner with Cocoa Horizons to support sustainable cocoa in all of the products we craft.

Cocoa Horizons is an impact driven program focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children. Through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation, they are improving the lives of cocoa farmers and their communities by promoting sustainable, entrepreneurial farming, improved productivity, and community development.

By working together, we will scale the impact and create meaningful change for cocoa farming families and their communities.
