Damaged - but

Sadly, my turkey's tail completely came off in transit. I think it was still too warm and UPS did not handle the box gently.
BUT, Bissinger's is great, they immediately offered to replace Tom, to which i said, thank you! Let's wait until November 1 when it should be cool - and they said we'll do! I can't wait.
And of course, they don't need damaged Tom returned, so.....🙂

Choclate turkey is a huge hit!

Our whole family was wowed by the Bissinger's Chocolate Turkey that was the ceterpiece of our Thanksgiving table. The bird itself is beautiful! The proportions are perfect and the turkey is very realistic. Even more impressive is the high quality of the chocolate. We have some serious foodies in the family and chocolate is very important to all of us. The praise was unanimous! Everyone was thrilled to take some chocolate turkey along with their containers of extra turkey and stuffing. We will make this a tradition!

Enjoyed it immensely! Mother loved it! The first arrived slightly damaged, but Bissinger's didn't blink at making it right for us, and while we'd gladly have accepted a credit, they "flew" us a new turkey overnight! What a company! The best part was the dark chocolate portion, but the milk chocolate side is so yummy, too!
