I bought one of these Turkey's last year and was so impressed when it arrived! Makes a beautiful centerpiece and everyone enjoyed snacking on him after dinner! Will get another one this year.
This enormous magnificent chocolate turkey sculpture is a must have for any large Thanksgiving dinner. I buy this every year for my sister, who has 4 grandchildren. After dinner the children bop the turkey, as if it was a piñata and enjoy pieces of it. I just love how it looks and tastes. You need one too!
I’ve bought the Bissinger’s 3-lb. Chocolate turkey for a number of years. I spread bittersweet around the base instead of flowers. After dinner the kids choose who gets the first bite of the chocolate bird. And then we all dive in for a part of the bird. It’s our tradition and the younger kids talk about it for a month before Thanksgiving. The picture here is a before photo—before I set the dining room table.
We only peeked at the turkey so far, but it looks SO real and delicious!!!

I have been purchasing the turkey for 6 years and my family eagerly expects it to be on the table every Thanksgiving. They love the look and they love the extremally high quality chocolate. There would be many disappointed folks if it is not there for them to enjoy. I also very much appreciate the quality of the support you get when you call customer service. That type of response is so rare these days.
