Chocolate Ruby Port Fondue


  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 ounce Bissinger's 60% Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Ruby Port
  • Pound Cake Cubes or Cookies for Dipping
  • Strawberries or any Fruit of your choosing, cleaned for dipping
  • Biscotti Bits or Shortbread, for dipping
  • Marshmallows, for dipping


In a microwave-safe bowl, mix heavy cream, chocolate, and butter together. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave and give it a quick whisk. Add wine and whisk again. Transfer to a heated fondue pot. Serve with pound cake cubes, marshmallows, fresh fruits, biscotti bits or shortbread on the side for dipping.
