Our Opera Creme recipe is one of Bissinger's oldest French recipes that dates back to the 1600s, when the Bissinger family won the praise and title 'Confiseur Imperial' (Confectioner of the Empire) by King Louis XIV of France. Bissinger's opera cremes became famous in the 1920s and were enjoyed by notable names of the time, including acclaimed actress, Lillie Langtry. We brought the recipe back from the Bissinger's vault for a limited time. Made with Butter, Sugar, Fresh Dairy Cream, and of course - Bissinger's European 60% Dark Chocolate.

HOW DOES THE VAULT WORK?
