Cocoa Meringue Cookies
Ingredients:
- 4 each Egg Whites
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 cup Superfine Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, non-alkalized
- 1/4 cup Bissinger's 75% Dark Chocolate
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 225 F.
2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until peaks form. Add sugar (mixed with salt) slowly in stages.
3. Fold in cocoa and grated chocolate. Pipe onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until completely dried out.
