Didn't purchase your confections through our website or St. Louis retail stores?
For a prompt replacement or refund, we suggest contacting the retailer where you purchased your confections. This saves you the time and effort of going through us first. If, however, you've contacted the retailer and you are not satisfied with their response, please let us know. We will work with you to solve the problem.
