Chocolate Overdose Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 lb Bissinger's 75% Dark Chocolate
  • 12 ounce Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2  teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 lb Bissinger's 38% Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt Bissinger's 75% Dark Chocolate and butter together. Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add Bissinger's 75% Dark Chocolate and fully incorporate. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Do not over mix. Stir in chopped Bissinger's 38% Milk Chocolate and nuts. Drop onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Chocolate scorches easily so be sure not to overbake.

Makes 3 dozen.
