Yakima Crème Mints

Handcrafted to perfection. We use the first press of oil from Yakima mint. Then we whip a frappe of sugar into a meringue which is folded into the fondant crème allowing it to slowly transform into a creamy decadent center. Each spectacular mint crème is enrobbed in our signature dark chocolate. Pairs well with: Crème Liqueur; as a final touch after a delicious dinner or holiday gathering.
