Fresh Raspberry: Beautifully complex Raspberries folded into our 60% dark chocolate ganache truffle.
White Chocolate: Our bold and intense 60% dark chocolate center paired with our creamy white chocolate make this piece a fan favorite.
Coconut Caramel: A soft and silky coconut infused caramel in our 38% Milk Chocolate and topped with crunchy toasted coconut.

Bissinger is simply the highest quality chocolate available in the United States. It is comparable to Leopoldo, of Belgium. We only tried Bissinger truffles, but I'm sure the rest of their oeuvre is equally spectacular.

Sent the candies to a client as a birthday gift. They must have been wonderful because when he had to travel across country a day or 2 later he took the remaining candies with him instead of leaving them home with his family. Very funny and very good chocolates. Thank you Bissinger's

My husband loves Bissinger's and he is over the top about their truffles. My Valentine's Day gift of the signature Truffles collection provided 24 moments of bliss. The flavors and textures were wonderful. It was one of my best ever Valentine's Day gifts! The raspberry truffle was particularly memorable.

I've actually bought these about a half dozen times for gifts - usually for father's day or mother's day. This time for Father's Day. They arrived in mint condition despite being shipped halfway across the US, and my dad ate half of them in three days and told everyone about them. This is one of the best present boxes you can buy.

The truffle collection was a wonderful surprise. The tops had interesting and unique decoration. It was the flavors of each truffle that was unique and surprising. The chocolate was smooth and melted in my mouth. The different center fillings where fun and imaginative.
