Marshmallow Bon Bons

Our Old World recipe, the same one we brought from Europe and have been using for generations is prepared in small batches to ensure an exceptional quality and a light, airy texture. It's so light that it's been described as "eating a cloud". We hand-whip the sugar and Madagascar vanilla to stiff peaks until perfectly aerated and just the right texture to cut into bite-sized bonbons. They are then drenched in a thin layer of velvety rich dark chocolate. These celestial puffs lend an extra-special twist to cups of hot cocoa and makes s'mores in a snap.

Perfectly pairs with: Topping a cup of creamy hot cocoa or sandwiched between two graham crackers for a s'more beyond compare.

These marshmallow bon bons are absoultely wonderful. Dark chocolate and light centers, not too sweet, make these very delectable. I wish I could get them year round. Everybody who eats them, loves them without question - even those who don't ordinarily like candy with marshmallow.
