We elect to charge your credit card at the time your order is placed because many products are made to order. This process ensures that your order is made with the finest and freshest ingredients and with the utmost care.

If you order a product from us or request a catalog, you are placed in our valued customer file. We do not sell our list but occasionally may make our list available through exchange with other reputable catalog companies. If you do not wish to receive catalog mailings from these companies, please contact us.
Courvoisier® Truffle Shipments
Due to varying state laws, we are allowed to sell this product by catalog orders only in the states of AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, IL, KY, LA, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WV. In addition, sales to persons under 21 are prohibited in all of the foregoing states except CA, IL, MO, and NV.
Wine Shipments
Due to varying state laws, we are allowed to sell this product only in the states of AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. In all of these states, sales to persons under 21 is prohibited by law.

Shipping/Delivery Information
Most orders received by Noon CST are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. We guarantee that orders will be received within three to five business days of ship day to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. All shipments are insured and delivery is guaranteed. When estimating days in transit, please exclude shipping date and weekends. Sorry, we cannot ship to Post Office, APO or FPO Boxes.
