Classic Creme Collection
Our soft, classic Cremes are made using a traditional starch-casting process. Molds are pressed into a bed of starch by skilled Chocolatiers, then filled with soft, satiny creme centers. Once cooled, we cover them in a layer of chocolate. Includes Raspberry, Vanilla Buttercreme, Chocolate Buttercreme, Meyer Lemon, Orange, Swiss Pecan, Black Forest and Yakima Mint.
