Each variety of our silky smooth, European-style chocolate is crafted based on Karl Bissinger's own philosophy, using select African cocoa beans that are less bitter by nature. A finer bean means our chocolate requires less sugar and can contain a higher level of cocoa (measuring in a percentage known as cocoa mass), resulting in not only a fuller chocolate flavor, but also more of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals found naturally in cocoa beans.
